My Inaugural Art Event

My heart is so full. Yesterday was a dream come true for me, and I am asking myself today, how did I get here? First and foremost, I give thanks to God who has always guided me through the worst times and crowned me at my best times. It has taken years of dedication to my family and especially my husband Phil who consistently inspired me. Even though I didn't start painting until 2020, he was my biggest admirer. He gave me the confidence to move forward with my art dream; little did he know that I would go full throttle once he passed away. I know in my heart he sees me.

I want to thank my son Jason who has risen to the highest level of art director, business manager and advisor, my daughter in law Katie who handles so much behind the scenes, my son Justin who is my heaver lifter, physically, spiritually and emotionally and my daughter in law, Amy, the busy bee who can deconstruct an art exhibit in minutes when art products are threatened by rain. I have to give a big shout out to my dear friends, Nancy, Ric, Therese and Dolores who showed up big time to help me set up. And last but never least, my sweet niece, Anna who has inspired me to start my art career. She was with me yesterday bright and early at 7:30 and then had to drive back to my home and pick up my banner that I had forgotten in my haste to be on time, hence the saying, ""Haste Makes Waste"!

Thank you to my family and friends who showed up to support me! I appreciate your love and kindness. To my new customers, followers and art collectors, I hope you continue to join me on this journey. My best art is yet to come but it's on its way!
